At Zealo, we make all our products with care, attention, and a lot of love, and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

Due to the nature of our offerings, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you:
a) are not satisfied with a product, or
b) have received an incorrect or damaged order,

Please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with a photo of the item.

Once we have the necessary details, we will coordinate with our Quality Control team and shipping partners to address the issue promptly.

Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to cancel or make changes. If you would like to add products, please place a separate order and leave us a note & we will do our best to ship everything together.
