At Zealo, our team is our soul. What began in Megha’s home kitchen is today a thriving operation powered by passion, purpose, and people who truly care.

At Zealo, our team is our soul. What began in Megha’s home kitchen is today a thriving operation powered by passion, purpose, and people who truly care.

From day one, our constant endeavour has been to empower and uplift women from local communities to create not just clean, honest food, but a space where they are respected, supported, and celebrated.

We are not an all-women team, but many of the hands and hearts behind Zealo are strong, spirited women who have grown with us. What we have built is more than just a workplace, it’s a family.

No fillers, not just in our food, but also in our culture. We are proud of what we have created together.

It all started with Megha, Jacinta, and Lata experimenting with recipes in Megha’s kitchen. That humble beginning became the heart of Zealo. Meet the incredible women who have been with us since day one:

Megha Phull

Megha Phull is the founder of Zealo Foods, which was started in 2015. Zealo has now grown and gained recognition as a leading corporate gifting company with clients across India. Her love for food, coupled with her passion & zeal for creating delicious, better-for-you recipes, is what sparked her to start Zealo.

Prior to founding Zealo, Megha was actively involved with a Mumbai-based NGO, Pratham. She invested several years working in the garment industry, focusing on import and export activities.

Megha holds a Bachelor of Science from Delhi University, a Postgraduate degree in Garment Manufacturing from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), and a Diploma in Fashion Marketing from Caledonian University, Glasgow.

Jacinta Nazareth

Jacinta’s journey with Zealo started well before the company even existed, she was Megha’s cook at home. With years of experience in both Indian and international kitchens, she brought skill, heart, and flavour into every dish.

Today, she plays a key role in leading production and product development at Zealo. Her love for cooking and baking is tireless, and she is always excited to learn and try something new.

“Zealo has changed my life,” she says. “It’s brought me confidence, respect in my family, and a place where I feel seen and supported.”

Lata Bhadwalkar

Lata began as a house helper in Megha’s home, helping with household work. When Zealo was born, she became one of its first team members and has grown into her role as group leader for packaging.

She says working at Zealo gave her confidence and pride like never before. It’s changed how she sees herself and how her family sees her too.

She was able to buy a home, and more importantly, build a sense of independence and strength that continues to grow every day.
